Skinner to Spiderman to Martha Stewart: The Past, Present and Future of Electronic Monitoring of Offenders, it is an essential journal to understand what electronic monitoring (EM) is how it came into being and it potentially could be in the future. The Journal Provides the information on what electronic monitoring is, how was electronic monitoring it developed, when was it developed, and for what reason was it developed.
